We sent this letter to Ms Tebbutt in response to her letter of 22 Nov 2010, shown below, which is in response to our letter to her of 8 Nov 2010, also shown below.
In saying this, it is clearly Ms Tebbutt's policy, in replying to letters, NEVER to provide the date of the letter she is replying to, and NEVER to provide the subject matter of the letter she is replying to, (normal courtesies observed by civilized people,) which can cause problems, but in this case, more by good luck than good management, we are sure we know which letter she is replying to.
|
In our experience, where Ms Tebbutt thinks a letter is easy to reply to, she replies to it reasonably quickly - if she thinks it is hard to reply to, she never replies.
Obviously, she thinks our letter is easy to reply to - "tell this bloke his lady can complain to the HCCC or go to court".
The problem is that, in fact, it is a very hard letter to reply to, (which may well come as a shock to her,) as we think our reply shows.
As a result, we think she will NEVER reply to this latest letter.
